WinnSEO Support Policy

1. Support Availability

Our support team is available 7 days a week to assist you with any questions, issues, or feedback related to the App.

🕒 Support Hours: Daily from 2:00 AM UTC to 6:00 PM UTC

📬 Support Channels:

  • Live Chat: Connect with us directly from within the WinnSEO App
  • Support Portal: Visit the Contact Us page to submit support tickets

We aim to respond to all support queries as quickly as possible, typically within 24 business hours.

2. Prohibited Countries

WinnSEO does not provide services or support to users, businesses, or stores located in Israel due to policy restrictions.

3. Prohibited Websites and Store Content

We do not support, serve, or engage with Shopify stores that are involved in or promote:

  • Illegal drugs or narcotic-related products

     

  • Gambling services (including online casinos, betting platforms, or unlicensed gaming)

     

  • Alcohol sales that promote underage or irresponsible consumption

     

  • Pornographic or sexually explicit content

     

  • Any haram (forbidden) websites, including those promoting unethical, hateful, violent, or religiously prohibited activities

WinnSEO reserves the right to deny or terminate support services for any store that violates these restrictions, without prior notice.

4. Right to Update Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Support Policy at any time, without prior notice. Updates will be posted within the App or communicated via email. Continued use of our support services after changes indicates your acceptance of the revised policy.
